As travel enthusiasts, the couple knew they wanted a destination wedding – a wedding that wasn’t just a day but an experience. The question was where? And how and when… But first, where? When they landed on Sicily, they knew they had found it. Sonia, Sicilian in heritage, converted to Judaism earlier in the year. What better way to celebrate both the Nicola and Asper families than with a Jewish wedding in Sicily? So that’s what they did.

Food and drinks were provided by La Torre Catering.
Throughout the weekend, beautiful florals were expertly curated by Alfio Floral.
Sonia and Daniel opted for the traditional Italian wedding cake Millefoglie by La Torre Catering.
The celebration began with a lively welcome dinner in the historic town of Noto before guests were whisked away to the countryside the following day. Under the chuppah, surrounded by just their families, Sonia and Daniel exchanged vows in a ceremony that blended tradition and modern love. In true Italian fashion, the food was abundant, the wine flowed freely, and the night was a celebration of love, family, and the start of happily ever after.
